This program includes competitive rowers and recreational rowers. The competitive team attends local, regional and East Coast regattas. Visiting rowers can row for $35 per month, $25 per week or $10 per visit. An additional $10 will be charged for insurance if you are not a current member of US Rowing. Non-Rowers who are interested in learning to row, will need to go through the Learn to Row program first before being eligible to join the club. Call for next available program dates. The Scholastic High School Program is open to students 14 - 18 and starts in August. Practices are every Mon., Wed., and Fri. at 3:30pm. The fee for this program is $200 per year. Students who are interested in joining can stop by the club during any of the practice sessions and speak with the coaches. Rowing offers High School students the opportunity to learn about teamwork, commitment, dedication and strength training. It also gives them the opportunity to be involved and compete in Scholastic Rowing Regattas regionally and throughout the East Coast. Many student rowers who excel at the sport are able to attain scholarships to Ivy League and top colleges throughout the United States and Europe. Club
